Your visit, made simple
What to expect, what to bring and how appointments work at SoleCare Podiatry.
What to expect
Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your concerns, your health history and your goals. Dr. Giangreco will examine your feet and ankles, explain what she finds and outline your options, including what happens if you choose to wait.
Please arrive about 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, or ask our team about completing forms ahead of time. Complete the patient consent form online.
What to bring
- Photo ID and insurance card
- A list of current medications and allergies
- Recent imaging or records related to your feet or ankles
- The shoes you wear most, plus any orthotics or braces
- A list of questions you want answered
Appointment requests
You can request an appointment online or by phone. An online request is not a confirmed appointment: our team will call you to confirm a date, time and location.

Both offices.
Understanding your coverage
Coverage for podiatry depends on your plan and the reason for your visit. We are happy to help you check your benefits before you come in.
Before your visit
Call us with your insurance card handy. Our team will help verify your benefits and let you know whether your plan requires a referral.

Self-pay and questions
If you do not have coverage or prefer to pay directly, ask our team about options. We will explain costs clearly before care begins.
